The Project

GOALS AND STRUCTURE

In a first wide session, the Project will provide a thorough quantitative analysis about the energetic consumption expectations in Italy and all over the world in the forthcoming years. It will also give indications about how different fields suggest to face the problem of the availability of  the energetic resources for the world's needs. It will provide a review of all major projects and present a picture resuming how different energetic sources will interact and solve the energetic problems.
A systematic vision will be necessary.
Both an overall vision over energetic sources and a more detailed one over little sources will be considered. A wide point of view is certainly important but the development of alternative technologies and the need of distribution of energetic sources can’t be ignored.

The problems about the relations between energy,� politics and environmental context will
be the frame from which to observe conflict problems and solving opportunities related to the development and evolution of energy sources.

Besides this environmental and political vision, the conference will deal with peculiar environmental aspects and sustainability in every field, from production to distribution, form management to consumption. These fields have some delicate aspects and it’s Scientists, Public Administrators� and Politicians have to be informed and they have to declare their own position also for what concerns giving a correct information to the people about� the problems that society will have to face, suggesting solutions both� for lack and for abundance of energy, considering different energetic choices.

The wide session will become the basis for the next sessions, The latter will have to arrange for detailed presentations to confirm or question the general presentation’s results with backed up arguments.

The subsequent sessions will take place at different times and will be distributed by different means of diffusion.
There will be reports, discussions, interviews, and other documents available on the web portal for the media who wants to use or read them.
Various developing energy sources, alternative sources and different researching projects will be examined and presented. Among the energy sources the concept of energy conservation will be a major issue, including all the possible developments, in particular the large integration between the web and the distribution net, managing and control of energy, that presents already a widespread digitalization.

In the various researching paths of the Project there will also be room for peculiar projects and experimentations which are still in a developing phase. The projects presented will be chosen among all those providing a significant contribute at least nation-wide.

Socio-pedagogic and educational problems in growing a knowledge and conscience on energy related problems will be discussed in proper sessions.

The structure of the following presentation will be the result of the general session.

COMPETITION

The competition “The school and the town I want��?(TEMPORARY TITLE) will take place.
Youth (in cooperation with different Companies) may create projects about energy saving, environmental impact, and possible solutions referring to Agenda 21(www.agenda21.it).
